Leadership · Partners of the Firm

The people who sign the work.

At GSSK, every engagement is led by a partner — not delegated to one. Our twelve partners each carry unbroken client responsibility, from proposal to sign-off. These are the people you will work with.

Leadership Philosophy

Four things every GSSK partner owes a client.

01

The signing partner is the working partner

Our engagement partners run their own mandates. They sit in the planning meetings, review the working papers, take the difficult calls with management, appear before the audit committee and sign the final opinion. There is no shadow partnership behind the name on the report.

02

Continuity across cycles

Partners stay with their clients across audit cycles, restructurings, disputes and generational transitions. Institutional memory — the reason accounting policies were chosen, the arguments made in prior tax positions, the promises made in earlier board minutes — travels with the same person.

03

Judgement earned, not inherited

Every partner at GSSK has spent between fifteen and thirty years in the profession — through downturns, statutory upheavals, scrutiny and litigation. Judgement of that kind cannot be trained in a classroom; it is earned on the ground.

04

Peer challenge, always

Significant technical positions, first-time accounting matters and modified audit opinions are debated before a panel of partners. The client benefits from the collective judgement of the partnership, not the isolated view of a single practitioner.

12
Signing Partners

Every one of our twelve partners is empowered to sign audit reports, opinions and certifications on behalf of the firm — with unbroken personal accountability.

300+
Combined Years of Experience

6
Registered Valuers (IBBI)

9
Advanced Post-Qualification Credentials

Additional credentials among partners — DISA, DipIFR, CFA, LLB, IFRS Certified, Certified Forensic Accountant — reflecting continuous investment in specialist depth.

The Partners

Meet the partnership.

Three partners lead the firm today, each with unbroken responsibility for their practice. These are the professionals whose names sit on our opinions, whose judgement is on the line with every engagement, and who our clients speak to when it matters.
